To help you get ready for the warmer season I’ve put together our Top 3 Spring Fruit Smoothie recipes – just blend and enjoy!
Mixed Berry Delight Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 c mixed berries (frozen)
1 banana
6 ounces natural yogurt or coconut yoghurt
1/2c milk of choice (cow’s, coconut, almond or oat all work well)
Refreshing Kiwi Mint Smoothie
Ingredients:
flesh of 2 ripe kiwis
1 banan (frozen)
1/2c filtered water or coconut water
handful of mint
handful of spinach
squeeze of lemon or lime
Strawberries & Cream Smoothie
Ingredients:
1c frozen strawberries
1/4c milk of choice (cow’s, coconut, almond or oat all work well)
sweetener to taste (optional – try a dash of maple syrup)
