- ½ cup coconut water (you can use filtered water or almond milk if you don’t have any coconut water)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ - 1 chopped frozen banana, depending on how sweet you want your smoothie to be
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth. Serve in a special glass with and watch this smoothie go down a treat!
